Question: How do I check the status of my order?
Answer: Please allow up to 48 hours for our fulfillment warehouse to process your order after you place your order. Your package will be shipped as soon as possible! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number. If you always want to know where your package is, visit our website to visit the Order Tracking page for real-time updates on your shipment. If you have not received a tracking number or do not see an update on your order status page after 2 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate further!
Question: Cancellation Request
Answer: If you place an order with us and are eligible for a cancellation, a $5 restocking fee will be charged to your order.
Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer: We source our products from the US, Europe, and Asia. For domestic US orders, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7-14 business days. For international orders, it can take up to 25 days.

Answer: Absolutely! Our website uses SSL security so all personal information is encrypted. Your credit card information is used when you make a purchase and is then forgotten.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Once you find the product you are interested in, simply click the Add to Cart button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order as soon as possible!
Q: What is your refund policy?
A) sports-online.live is committed to providing you with the best customer service! If you receive a damaged product, please contact us using the contact form. We will check if a refund or exchange is possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds after 30 days from the delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Damaged or unoriginal items are not eligible for a refund. The item must then be returned for inspection and your refund will be processed within 3-6 days of arrival. A refund or exchange will be issued after the item has been inspected.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
